Beginner weapon

Beginner weapons are a mix of weapons used for the first levels of commoner, job qualification weapons and vanity weapons. They can be equipped by any class and do not have a level restriction. They are classified as Beginner weapon and therefore cannot be used for weapon specific skills, except for the ones that requires any weapon.
