This is a header.
And some notes.

Right now, there is only two boxes: stub and tbc. I didn't really make an elaborate template for this (i.e. by making more parameters for more pptions), since I am not too sure what to add for now. The tbc template will be improved (I'm thinking of adding subpages like /foreign or /facts).
And that smiley picture is most likely to be replaced. I am unsure what in-game icon would fit. If they aren't any, I'll just grab some Tango icons.
