Like the Pu pets, the Fox pets are not true pets in the fact that they cannot level up. They have the same stats as a level 60 (and the same skills too) Rock pet, take up a pet slot, lose loyalty points and are rideable. Like the Pu pets, they can be buffed with the Musician's Pet Sounds.
