King Collins is a Quest NPC.

King Collins (also known as King Colette) is the first person you meet at the Summoning Pool when you leave the Beginner's Village. You cannot interact with her if you have any weapon equipped.

She gives you a choice of two destinies, which set the storyline for your character:

• I want to be a great hero, famous and recognized everywhere I go!
• I want freedom, and to create peace between people and monsters!
