Pillage

Description	An attack skill that has chance to steal items from the monster.
Notes	Target's HP must be 50% or lower after the attack or the skill will fail. The success of this skill is related to Fighting Chance. The steal happens only after the attack hits the target. It will not work if the attack misses or kills the target. Each monster can be successfully Pilfered or Pillaged once. The complete list of Pilfered/Pillaged recipes can be found at Pilfer recipes.
