Speak to Roth to start his tasks. Your progress will be recorded on A Punitive Expedition Against Bullies Scroll.

- Kill 5 Demonic Sprites
- Go to the Bookshelf and steal 10 Book of Sprites. If you open your journal and click on the auto-walk it will take you to the correct location. Once there click on the quest scroll to activate the steal.
