It is mentioned that one can get the commoner spring from the guy in Eversun if this quest is done first for the inn access. I actually attempted this with a mule. The quest in Eversun did not give me any commoner springs. I had to repeat the quest in copperhorn. Can someone verify before editing the wiki?
