Ted's Request[]
1. Talk to Ted in Grizzly Garrison. He will give you a letter to take to his mother in Tranquilton (Swan Lake Basin, X:363 Y:457).
2. After receiving the letter Ronald (Bandit Thug lv 34 Martial Artist) and Hector (Bandit Chef lv 35 hunter) will spawn and try to stop you. Defeat them.
3. Give the letter to Ted's mother Swan Lake Basin (X:363 Y:457). She will give you 5 Mussel Relaxant and a letter for Ted.
4. Return to Grizzly Garrison and talk to Ted. He will give you access to the Grizzly Garrison Prison Area accessed through Who Watches The Watchmen.
