Soulless Boy

1. Speak to Mother Zhang, who will ask you to go to Tranquilton in Swan Lake Basin and find an old woman.
2. Find the Comfort Witch at X:367 Y:436 in Swan Lake Basin. She will ask for 100 Scrolls, 5 Dreamstones, and a Chimera Turtle Shell.
3. After giving the Witch these items, she'll give you a spirit gem and a scroll so you can see souls.
4. Go to X:610 Y:600 in Bigbeam to find Lil' Bob and the Soul Stealer.
5. Fight the Soul Stealer (level 55 non-elemental). Lil Bob will then say the Soul Stealer is his friend and begs you not to kill it.
6. Eventually you get Lil Bob to go into the Soul Gem. You will receive Fortification Onyx: Defense 55~100
7. Return to Mother Zhang in Bigbeam City to receive the rest of your rewards.
