Speak to You Si Hai to start the Finding Cats and Dogs quest. Though the in-game suggested level is 20, you can start and complete the quest at any level as only involves searching around Eversun City.

He will give you a Quest precatory bill and ask you to find 5 specific animals in Eversun City:

Dorabimon

Ninja Cat

Dark Guardian

Fantasticat

All the animals move on different fixed paths throughout Eversun City. When you click on a found animal, it will say "I see," and you will receive 1000 experience points. After finding all the animals, return to You Si Hai for your reward.
